First put the water in a pan with low fire on the stove, then, when it reaches luckywarm water, add the gelatin, then glycerin and wait until bubbles appear, that is the time to add colorant (which is optional btw). Finally, pour on molds of your preference.
Set to dry by 2 days
Do not get wet
Keep ventilated

If it gets dotted, you can use a lighter to melt and cover the dots. You can also use them to make new ones by just adding as ingredient.
